Varnish on FreeBSD

It worked, but I installed it by hand, I am not sure what version of
Varnish it applies too, neither 2.0.3 (installed) nor 2.0.4
(downloaded for testing) have a a file bin/varnishd/stevedore_utils.c
or a function stv_fsspace().

I applied the patch to bin/varnishd/storage_file.c and the function
smf_fsspace() and it worked just fine.

I am not sure what you mean, the values represents f_bsize and
f_bavail.
