Hi,

|   FetchError  showed  " *no backend connection* "  .  Would playing around
| with "backend probes" rectify this issue if backends are sometimes under
| load ?
|   or  would increasing the "connect_timeout"  help ?

«no backend connection» means just that – we failed to find a backend
connection in time, ran into the maximum number of connections or
similar.  If the problem is connect_timeout, increasing that further
might help, yes.
