help with migration to 2.1

with 2.0 I used this configuration:

now i changed few things to make it work on fetch:

it caches something (like minimized css) but it doesn't cache my pages.
One example:
http://hobbygiochi.com

please help me, maybe  I forgot some changes.

I also tried disabling cookie in firefox, but it's seems the problem is not
there...
