Varnish won't start

You are running Ubuntu however your kernel 
is 2.6.18-128.2.1.el5.028stab064.8 (presumably a hand rolled kernel 
distributed with RH). I don't know if that is the cause of the problem. 
Perhaps not. The only other thing I can think of is AppArmor although 
presumably if it was packaged by Ubuntu they would have included an 
AppArmor profile.
