Increase in CPU usage

Hi,

I see increase in CPU usage upon upgrading from 2.0.5 to 2.1.2 ? Has anyone
experienced the same ? The traffic, no.of requests , config file ( except
for changes from obj to beresp in vcl_fetch)  are same.

What could be the reason ?

Varnish version : varnishd (varnish-2.1.2 SVN 4769:4772)
