Proxying POST body through Varnish

That was not the original question; the original question was whether
you could cache the result of POST requests or not, which you still
can't do (and I don't think we're going to implement either; that
completely breaks the semantics of POST).

Varnish forwards the body of POST requests just fine and I believe has
always had that support.
