real-life ESI files

Hi Guys, 

I'm hacking up the ESI code to support gzip compression now and
since this is a pretty extensive rework of the code, I would like
to buld a collection of real-life ESI files to test the parsing
code on.

If you can spare a couple from your site, please send them by
private mail to me, with a subject of "ESI FILE" so my mail-filter
can see them.
