2.0.5 -> 2.1.5

It'd probably be wise to spin up a 2.1.5 instance of Varnish on a
development server using your production VCL. If it parses it okay and
starts, then you should be fine.

The only change that may catch you out is that obj.* changed to
beresp.* from 2.0.x to 2.1.x.
