      Well my config has the following in vcl fetch

sub vcl_fetch {
     if (!obj.cacheable) {
         return (pass);
     }
     if (req.url ~ "^/fswiki") {
         unset req.http.Set-Cookie;
         set obj.ttl = 600s;
     }
     if (req.url ~ "^/wiki/fswiki_htdocs") {
         unset req.http.Set-Cookie;
         set obj.ttl = 600s;
     }
     if (obj.http.Set-Cookie) {
         return (pass);
     }
     set obj.prefetch =  -30s;
     return (deliver);
}

But it's isolated. Presumably the 2.1.5 has its own.
