How do I filter with varnishlog?

I expected

	varnishlog -m ReqStart:76.172.28.40

to only log requests from 76.172.28.40; but that doesn't seem to be the case.  It's logging less than without the -m parameter (mostly TxHeader and RxHeader lines), but not in a way that makes sense.

(Using 3.0.2).
