Using varnish to authenticate http basic API Keys

Hello.

I'm posting this little inline C code that I'm using to authenticate api
keys (http basic) to deliver cached content with varnish cache.

A big thank you to the varnish misc mailing list that helped me thru the
process. (this is a work in progress...if you have any suggestions to the
code I'm here)
