help with cache misses Apache2 mod.fcgid with Varnish 3

Hi Marc,

You may want to expand your monitoring and check for what kind of misses you have: pass, pipe, cache miss, …
Your VCL has some custom logic to exclude certain URLs that are explicitly passed, this may just be what you're seeing here.
