varnish-3.0.2-streaming crashed when Condition((w->vfp->end(sp)) == 0) not true.

I use varnish-3.0.2-streaming for my application.
I found the child thread crashed sometimes.And this is my panic.show log.
Are there somebody  met this issue before?
Any advice will be appreciated, Thank you for help.
