varnish 3 - thread_pools

[Per Buer]

The option to change the number of thread pools might very well go away in
the future. I guess PHK wasn't sure how much locking and CPU affinity would
influence the performance of the pools. In order to know you have to
implement it. A lot of the tunables are like that, values based on guesses,
not necessary exact measurements.
