using http/2 with varnish

Hi,

We are migrating a lot of customer to HTTPS to take advantage of HTTP/2.

We are running VARNISH 3 and as far as we were able to determine, is not
possible to run this scenario using Varnish.

Can anyone point us on the right direction here?

a) is there any way to run https on varnish 3?
b) do we need to migrate to varnish 4?
