Varnish CPU Usage

Hello all,

I have a problem with Varnish. Even though when i leave Default.vcl file
with its DEFAULT settings or as Wordpress optimized, Apache's CPU usage
still increases to 70 - 90%.. But if i disable Varnish, CPU usage returns
to normal.

I also cannot access to the website when i set the port setting as
127.0.0.1. Therefore this makes me have to use Server IP instead. What is
your suggestions on these matters?
