Doing gunzip for clients that don't support gzip encoding

Does anyone have a vcl snippet for this?
For requests to the backend I always want to have accept-coding gzip set so
that the backend compresses the response and it is stored compressed in
varnish. However, if a request comes in without accept-coding gzip then I
want to dynamically uncompress the cached response and serve it to the
user.
