Strange Issue with cache and logged in users

Thanks a lot for your help. Would certainly follow your instructions 
while debugging the issue.

Once this is sorted, will look into Varnish as a proxy as well :) - But 
not sure of it's benchmark as compared to Nginx and also for delivering 
static content. Nginx has a very small footprint and performs well.
