Getting connection refused on all requests after installation of varnish 5.1.2

Was written on a bug report on http/2 in 5.1.1 and was happy to see that
5.1.2 was released.

But after installing it from
https://packagecloud.io/varnishcache/varnish5/ubuntu/ nothing works at all..

Varnish restarts without complaints but all requests gets connection
refused.

Nothing from varnishlog.
