version `LIBVARNISHAPI_1.4' not found (required by varnishadm)

Hi everyone,
I have been running varnish the last few months without problems. Recently
I did install AWS CLI tools to manage snapshots (server is running AWS) and
now I can't run varnishadm. The error I'm getting is:

*varnishadm: /usr/local/lib/libvarnishapi.so.1: version `LIBVARNISHAPI_1.4'
not found (required by varnishadm)*

I'm running varnish version  4.1.3 in Ubuntu Ubuntu 15.10.

Any idea how to fix it?
