Varnish 5 and munin plugin

My bad. Spurious char encoding of plugin file.

root at www8:/usr/share/munin/plugins# file varnish4_
varnish4_: a /usr/bin/perl script, ASCII text executable, with CRLF line 
terminators

Got rid of the CRLF and it works fine.
