<DIV><FONT size=2>Some of them has not unique names.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>I need them to be accessible  from frontend as <A 

href="http://myfront.end/something/my-new-named.doc">http://myfront.end/something/my-new-named.doc</A> </FONT><FONT 

size=2> </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>There are a few thousands of documents... How can I (when I 

do) configure Varnish for this ?</FONT></DIV>
