I've tried to find the -p flag for startup, but can't find any documentation on it anywhere... Don't think upgrading is going to be possible for a little while, so have to work within the parameters of a 32 bit OS unfortunately. I've got storage down to 600 megs, and 210 threads. 1 box is running stable, but the other 4 are a bit flakey.
