Varnish 4.0.0-beta1 released

Dear community members.

It is my pleasure to announce the immediate availability of
Varnish 4.0.0-beta1.

This release starts our final phase of stabilisation work before the coming
4.0.0 final release. If we can get enough testing done on this beta release,
I'm aiming for the final release within 2-3 weeks.
