 Quick update to note that this is still an issue, and still something we
 want to solve.

 It would be really beneficial to have pass mode understand {{{POST}}},
 because

  - it would allow connection reuse
  - response status and headers would be logged, so e.g. {{{varnishncsa}}}
 would be able to display {{{POST}}} requests
