 PHK indicated this might be a critbit bug. My experience so far is that
 this is right. I've switched to classic hashing on three out of four cache
 servers for finn.no, and only the last server using critbit gets these
 thread pile-ups.

 How can I help find this critbit bug? With critbit number of vm faults
 (context switches) is lower, so I would prefer to go back to critbit.
