 c00031.vtc tests setting the thread stack size to 128k.

 It is not obvious to me why 128k stack would not work on this platform,
 but in all likelyhood it just needs to be a bigger number because ppc
 stackframes can be huge.

 There is nothing for it but to try some larger values to see what the
 realistisk minimum is, that will provide valuable documentation input
 also.
