 I have upgraded to 2.1.3 in the hop this addresses the issue, please note
 your information here: http://www.varnish-cache.org/installation/redhat is
 out of date.


 rpm --nosignature -i http://repo.varnish-cache.org/redhat/el5/el5/noarch
 /varnish-release-2.1-1.noarch.rpm

 yum --nogpgcheck install varnish

 These are the steps I had to take in order to install from your rpms.
