#1159: bad IP address in test

My varnish build was failing the c00003 test (it was returning a 200
instead of the expected 300). I finally realized it was because the bad IP
address was the real broadcast address on my build machine, 10.255.255.255

As I believe that to be a fairly common broadcast address, I was wondering
if we could get the bad IP used for the test changed to something a little
less common? Even just changing it to 10.255.255.254, which is what I did.

I feel weird suggesting this, but a real public IP would be the least
common address - say the IP address of one of the root DNS servers should
 be pretty safe :)

 Anyway, just some suggestions.

Just in case it's relevant, I'm using CentOS 6.2
