 Hi,

 This does not sound like a varnish issue, but a tuning issue of either
 varnish or the kernel. The system is running low on available ram, and
 messages like that is to be expected if one configures varnish to use more
 space that is available. Try reducing the cache size and see if the
 problem goes away.
