 Since I open this ticket, I had to make another patch, much better than
 this. It can remove all gone bans, not only gone bans to first not gone.

 I forked you on GIThub. Surely will test your patch, but with mine patch,
 I can limit maximum gone BANs in list. It is works just fine for us and is
 able to hold the number of BANs in list pretty low.
