 We are using an Varnish Instant for Caching Video Streaming.
 Varnish 3.0.3 Default settting compiled from source, Centos 6.3 X64 ,
 Kernel 2.6.32-279.19.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP

 Varnishd process is sometimes restarted with some error in syslog

 Feb  1 21:52:20 server10 varnishd[4195]: Child (7727) not responding to
 CLI, killing it.
 Feb  1 21:52:24 server10 varnishd[4195]: Child (7727) not responding to
 CLI, killing it.
 Feb  1 21:52:24 server10 varnishd[4195]: Child (7727) not responding to
 CLI, killing it.
 I attached the log files
 Please help me check what wrong in my server!
