 Hi,

 It looks like you are hitting a race condition that is present in current
 Varnish with regard to the persistent storage. There has been
 improbevements made to the persistent storage backend that is not yet part
 of main Varnish, but lives in another tree. I suggest you try to use the
 -plus Varnish until the next major release, where this issue has been
 fixed.
