Updated varnish cygwin patches to 3.0.2 varnish version

I have updated varnish packages in Cygwin (Windows) plataform to version 3.0.2

You can install it executing cygwin setup.exe
(http://cygwin.com/setup.exe)  and selecting "varnish" package in
selection list at categories "Net" or "Web"

Almost all changes are written to be platform independent, so patched
code can be compiled at both cygwin and linux.
There are some problems with vtc varnishtest  files, that doesn't
allow using #ifdef macro but some vmod paths changes at cygwin.
