building the directors manpage

I don't know shit about Automake and I'm rusty as hell when it comes to
make, but I've some basic copy and paste in order to get the man page for
vmod_directors to build like the one for the vmod_std. We need this done to
release.

However, I've failed. Halp.

Here is what I've tried (patch attached). It fails with:

make[3]: *** No rule to make target
`../../doc/sphinx/reference/vmod_directors.rst', needed by
`vmod_directors.3'.  Stop.
