NB: new test j00000 is special...

I have just added a new test "j00000" which does a basic run-through
test of the jail_unix code.

The test will be skipped unless

A) it is run as root (geteuid() == 0)

B) The system has a user named "varnish"

C) The system has a group named "varnish"


Let me know if this causes any trouble...
