I progressed on the implementation of H/2 in varnishtest. And while I'm
still missing a few things, it seems to (mostly) work. I'm cleaning the
code this week to publish something reviewable next week. In the meantime,
I updated the draft proposal, that is now more of a documentation as most
of it is implemented.

But, I still have a big problem with the headers UI, so it would be good if
some people could look at the document, be terribly frightened, and propose
something saner.
