H/2 VTC draft

[Guillaume Quintard]

If people want to look at my current varnishtest/h2 code, the branch is
here: https://github.com/gquintard/Varnish-Cache/tree/WIP/h2test

A few things are still missing, but I'm interested in some feedback. You
can find some syntax examples in bin/varnishtest/h2tests for a quick
overview.
