The upcomming 4.1.5 release

Hello, everyone.

I am working towards a 4.1.5 release. I have backported fixes from
master, but sometimes things slip through the cracks.

Thanks to Federico for pointing out some of the things I have missed.

If anyone has specific patches or backports to 4.1.5, please notify me
as soon as possible. I will update changelogs and tag a 4.1.5beta2
now, and hopefully we can release 4.1.5 late tomorrow, if nothing
comes up.
