How to enable HTCP/ICP in varnish?

Hello,
I'm searching how to activate an inter-cache coordination between 2
varnish servers.
But i can't found any documentation, and no trace of htcp/icp in the
source code (grep -REi "htcp|icp" varnish-2.0.3/).
Could you help me to activate this functionality?

I seen that varnish support this (yes ok it's a draft):
