Multiple Set-Cookie Headers

Hi,
Yes that is correct. if the "Set-Cookie: EXTERNAL_NO_CACHE=1" header is
set the response should be "passed".
Since Varnish can only analyze the first "Set-Cookie" header and the
"EXTERNAL_NO_CACHE=1" is present in one of the following headers it will
not see it and I can't have it 'pass' the response.
