least connections director in varnish 3.5

Hey all,

 Is there any way to implement a least conn load balancing algorithm inside
a varnish 3.5 VCL config?  How can I go about doing that, if possible? I
googled around for a bit and saw that there was a patch, but it doesn't
allow for .weight to be added. Not sure if I'm missing something.
