Varnish and Docker

Hi,

I've opened the proposal
<https://github.com/docker-library/official-images/pull/1294> to include
our Dockerfile for Varnish in the Official Docker Hub repository.

Would anyone from the Varnish project be interested in maintaining the
repository, or at least endorsing this effort?
