vmod ABI checking

Hi,

I've written a patch to do ABI checking for vmods, it currently uses the
version from configure.ac and the git commit ID.  I tried to make it use
all the .h files too, but that turned out to not be stable enough, so I
dropped it.  We can always add it later if we see people managing to
load vmods against the wrong ABI.

Do you have any thoughts about this?  Patch is attached.
