linux (debian?) epoll

Hi,

we've seen #2117 appear about a month ago and #2106 a bit earlier. Martin and
myself now believe that #2106 may have the same root cause as #2117, fixed
(actually worked around) by #2133 - which would be a suspected regression in
Linux epoll(), maybe debian specific.

So this is a shout out to those following linux changes closely: If anyone is
aware of any known issue or discussion around epoll changes, please let us know.
